Agression sioniste contre l’Iran: 135 personnalités des quatre coins du monde interpellent le SG de l’ONU et la Directrice de l’UNESCO

135 personnalités du monde de la politique, de l'économie, de la litérature et de l'art des quatre coins du monde et de différentes nationalités viennent d'adresser une lettre au Secrétaire Général de l'ONU, Antonio Guterres et à la Directrice Générale de l'UNESCO, Audrey Azoulay, dénonçant l'agression sioniste perpétrée contre l'Iran en flagrante violation de la Charte de l'Organisation des Nations Unies.

135 personnalités du monde de la politique, de l’économie, de la litérature et de l’art des quatre coins du monde et de différentes nationalités viennent d’adresser une lettre au Secrétaire Général de l’ONU, Antonio Guterres et à la Directrice Générale de l’UNESCO, Audrey Azoulay, dénonçant l’agression sioniste perpétrée contre l’Iran en flagrante violation de la Charte de l’Organisation des Nations Unies.

Les signataires de la lettre qualifient l’agression sioniste menée le vendredi 13 juin contre l’Iran de graves violations du droit international en vertu de la Charte des Nations Unies.

“Ces attaques systématiques mettent en danger la stabilité régionale, la vie des civils, l’intégrité écologique et le patrimoine culturel mondial, dépassant le cadre d’un simple conflit géopolitique pour devenir une menace existentielle internationale” soulignent les signataires,dénonçant au passage le ciblage délibéré des civils, des zones résidentielles et des institutions souveraines sape l’ordre juridique international, risquant une catastrophe irréversible.

Et de poursuivre “la situation exige une intervention urgente avant que les capacités diplomatiques et de désescalade ne soient épuisées. Cet appel doit être considéré non comme une procédure de routine, mais comme un ultime et solennel appel à l’action — exigeant la mobilisation immédiate et coordonnée de toutes les capacités juridiques, diplomatiques et institutionnelles pour prévenir l’effondrement systémique irréversible de la légitimité et de la crédibilité des institutions internationales”.

Selon la même source “des données vérifiées confirment une agression systématique et délibérée visant la population civile iranienne et les infrastructures critiques. Il ne s’agit pas d’une guerre accidentelle, mais d’une stratégie calculée destinée à démanteler les piliers fonctionnels de la vie civile — en particulier dans les domaines de la santé, de l’éducation, du progrès scientifique, de l’énergie et de la préservation culturelle”.

Et de noter encore qu’à ce jour, les agressions du régime sioniste à travers l’Iran ont fait plus de 415 morts et environ 1 550 blessés, dont 90 % sont des civils. La majorité des morts sont des femmes et des enfants, et les attaques ont également visé intentionnellement des scientifiques de renom et des hauts responsables militaires. Les frappes contre les zones résidentielles, les hôpitaux, les centres de recherche et les sites religieux démontrent un schéma de violence indiscriminée sans impératif militaire légitime.

Les signataires indiquent que jusqu’à présent, les forces sionistes ont mené 125 frappes contre des zones résidentielles, des secteurs civils, gouvernementaux, scientifiques, industriels et militaires, estimant les dégats matériels entre 3,2 et 4,9 milliards de dollars, et les pertes économiques à long terme dépassent les 10 milliards de dollars en raison de l’effondrement des infrastructures et de la baisse des revenus pétroliers. La destruction d’installations clés — y compris des aéroports, des stations d’épuration, des raffineries et des sites nucléaires — a paralysé les services essentiels et la vie publique.

Dans le même cadre,les signataires condament les assassinats ciblés de scientifiques et de responsables qualifiés d’exécutions extrajudiciaires, en violation de l’article 3 de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme, et sont qualifiés de crimes de guerre au titre du Statut de Rome, notamment en l’absence de procédure régulière.

Les frappes contre des sites contenant des forces dangereuses — comme des réacteurs nucléaires ou des installations chimiques — violent l’article 56 du Protocole additionnel I et la Règle 42 du droit international humanitaire coutumier, qui imposent des précautions pour éviter des dommages civils généralisés et des catastrophes environnementales, ajoutent-t-ils.

Et de dénoncer “la destruction d’universités, de sites du patrimoine culturel et d’instituts de recherche enfreint l’article 15(1)(b) du Pacte international relatif aux droits économiques, sociaux et culturels (1966), sapant directement le développement national et le patrimoine culturel et scientifique mondial.
